Our Mission
We are Empower House. We believe opportunity should be within reach for everyone. We’re here to champion inclusivity for both kids and adults, whether it’s in classrooms, workplaces, or the community at large. We provide the resources, knowledge, and support to create environments where everyone feels they belong—no matter their learning style or background. We focus on uplifting neurodivergent kids and supporting minority communities, because we believe that when one of us rises, we all rise together.

At Empower House, we believe systems should adapt to people, not the other way around. That’s why we’re shaking up outdated expectations that leave out students with learning differences, adults with ADHD, and communities who’ve been overlooked or underestimated for far too long.
Through Empower Kits, micro-grants, advocacy, and community-driven programs, we help remove the invisible barriers—like licensing fees, inaccessible teaching, or misunderstood needs—that stand between someone’s potential and their path forward.
Because everyone deserves a shot at success, no matter how they learn, where they come from, or how they move through the world.

Who We Invest in
We invest in people who’ve been pushed to the sidelines—because of how they learn, how they live, or where they’re from. That includes neurodivergent kids navigating classrooms that weren’t built for them. It includes adults who want to grow in their careers but don’t have access to the tools, networks, or communities that encourage their potential or offer mentorship. It includes women, Black and brown communities, immigrants, and anyone who’s been told the rules aren’t in their favor.
At Empower House, we don’t wait for permission to change that. We fund dreams, fuel progress, and build pathways for those ready to rise—because equity isn’t about charity, it’s about making space for everyone at the table.

How We Create Impact
We remove barriers, build confidence, and create space for people to grow—whether they’re navigating school, switching careers, or simply looking for a place to belong.
Our impact is rooted in four key areas:
Growth & Learning: Workshops for kids, parents, and teachers that reimagine how we learn—and who gets to thrive in the classroom.
Career Confidence: Support for those ready to lead, pivot, or restart—through mindset coaching, mentorship, and micro-grants.
Community & Belonging: Small groups and local events that remind people they’re not alone—and they don’t have to figure it all out solo.
Access & Advocacy: We fund the hidden costs of progress and train schools and workplaces to create environments where everyone is truly included.

Why It Matters
When systems fall short, we don’t wait—we build new paths so more people feel seen, equipped, and empowered to rise.
Our Founder
Brittany Whitlock built her career working with brands like Warner Brothers and Martha Stewart before branching out to launch her own business—Big Mood Digital. Through her agency, she’s worked with everyone from local startups to major organizations like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Strong4Life initiative.
What truly inspired Empower House was a deeper drive: the belief that everyone deserves equitable access to opportunities—without unnecessary barriers, whether at work or in the community.
Empower House was created to turn that belief into action.
It’s about sparking progress—through movement, opportunity, and community. We meet people where they are and help them move forward with purpose. Whether someone is navigating a career shift, learning a new skill, or chasing a dream, we make sure the path is clear of obstacles and full of possibility.
